The Farm House Mansion 

Built in 1693 the fieldstone and clapboard home is truly one of our signature spaces, designed to provide all the conveniences needed for bridal party pampering & relaxation. Upstairs enjoy plush couches and comfortable chairs, a hair and make-up bar, ample mirrors, and outlets. On the first floor of the home the bridal party can prep and relax before the festivities begin. The first floor opens to a private 

patio overlooking the pastures. Available 8am to 6pm wedding day. 

 

The Ceremony Site 

Our Ceremony Lawn is a natural centerpiece of Locust Hall. The site is beautifully manicured around the timeless Locust wood arch and vast farmland views. Ceremony seating is included; mix match wood chairs for the first row and wood benches according to guest count to complete the ceremony seating. A Shade ceremony location, amongst a canopy of trees is also available for warmer days. 

 

Stone Barn 

Our 17th Century Stone Barn’s rustic beams & iron stone offers a romantic cocktail hour or ceremony during inclement weather. The grand barn doors, vaulted ceilings, loft, & 2,000 sq. ft space, creates a unique setting for your guests to mingle. Special features include band/DJ specific power, 3 iron hanging wagon wheels, ambient lighting, 10ft reclaimed wood bar, mix-match wood farm tables, & wood chairs. 

 

Breezeway Barn 

Our 3,000 sq. ft. centerpiece event space. The open-air historic barn beautifully accommodates up to 150 guests for dinner and entertainment. The stately 4 piece sliding barn doors allows for your guests to enjoy all the views & breezes the farm has to offer. Or select to dine on the patio out front of the barn under the stars. Special features include band/DJ specific power, rustic barn wall decor, ambient lighting, 12 ft reclaimed wood bar, Heat & Air & additional flex room. 

April & November wedding MAX guest count is 125 

 

 

Amenities 

Venue 

  • Exclusive use of: Ceremony lawn, Stone Barn, and the Breezeway Barn during a 6-hour time frame.
  • Access to Farm house beginning at 8am until 6pm.
  • Event must end by 10 pm to comply with our township noise ordinance, and in order to allow for
    clean-up and closure of the site by 11 pm.
  • Parking spaces for 100 cars with attendants to welcome guests & escort.
  • Golf Cart & attendant to escort handicap or elderly guests if needed
  • Farm coordinator to assist with smooth deliveries, pickups & vendors, on site during wedding.
  • Day of Coordination is offered by all three caters.
  • Select from one of our three preferred caters to create your culinary custom menu
    (catering cost is not included in the venue site fee)
  • Engagement, Save-the-date, & wedding photos allowed around the property with appointment
  • Rehearsal Practice upon request 1 to 2 days prior, up to 1 hour | Rehearsal Dinner can be booked in our
    Farm Market (separate cost), availability is limited, speak to our event team for more information.
  • Wedding ceremony can be held inside Stone Barn as rain contingency plan
  • Ceremony seating for up to 150 guests. First row mix match wood chairs & uniform wood benches.
  • Cocktail Barn set & furnished including high top tables, casual seating, display hors d’oeuvre tables.
  • Options for additional décor rental through the venue (additional costs)
  • Ambient festive string dimmable lighting
